Adding another character will cost an additional 100% of the base price, with no limit on the number of characters per illustration.

Options for a simple background (flat color and/or props) and a transparent background are provided. More elaborate backgrounds will attract additional fees.

+ (PLUS) Means "Reference Sheet of a Custom Character", they are not separate services. The exemple price would be 200$* + 150$ (350$*).

Included in the Reference Sheet's base cost are 1 (one) fullbody illustration + a color palette, plus 1 (one) or 2 (two) minor items.

Extra features such as additional objects, outfits, portraits, full-body illustrations, half-body sketches, chibis, etc. will be priced upon discussion.

Individuals must be 18 years or older to request my services.

I reserve the option to decline any projects that I am not interested in or do not feel comfortable undertaking.

Please recognize that I specialize in digital illustration, thus my output is exclusively digital, indicating no physical goods will be dispatched.

As the creator, I retain complete and exclusive ownership of my artwork; this covers sharing my work on social media, incorporating it into my portfolio, and featuring it in art books or editorial ventures.

Proper acknowledgment (© eremiel / er3miel) or a direct link to one of my social media profiles is required whenever the artwork is displayed.

It is strictly forbidden for anyone to create an NFT (Non-Fungible Token) with my artwork; my art, whether commissioned, existing, or future, may not be tokenized into an NFT by the commissioner or any third party. Additionally, I explicitly prohibit the use of my illustrations for AI training purposes.

Complete payment is required in advance, refer to the PAYMENTS section for details.

Revisions are permitted during the sketch phase; following draft approval, I proceed to finalize the artwork. Any changes requested post-finalization will incur extra charges.

I do not accept chargebacks or cancellations unless I am personally unable to complete your commission. Feel free to inquire about the status of your commission or request progress updates at any time.

I have no fixed TAT (Turn Around Time) and will not do anything with TAT unless an additional fee is paid negotiated in advance before or during the commission.

My artwork is intended for personal use only, meaning it cannot be used for unapproved commercial activities or profit-making unless an agreement is made beforehand.

For commercial usage, I impose a one-time charge of +100% of the total fee, and for merchandise artwork, a one-time charge of +200% of the total fee applies. This includes promotional illustrations, cover art, or any other use that could generate revenue, which are considered commercial.

Visual references are preferred over written descriptions; please provide a single main reference image and, if available, additional images from different angles for better guidance. Lengthy character descriptions are not useful to me.

Requests of "Whatever you think is best" are not accepted; instead, illustrate the desired pose with stick figures or a basic sketch to convey facial expressions. Any form of visual guidance is adequate.

For Reference Sheets commissions: In addition to the above instructions, include a basic sketch of the character's design, visual references (I will not replicate third-party designs exactly), a specific color palette (color descriptions by text are not accepted), and a succinct description that enhances the visual references provided.
